Types of Delivery

We deliver purchased products via trusted courier partners across South Africa. Delivery times vary depending on location and order date:

Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak trading periods such as long weekends, Easter, Black November, and the Festive Season.

Delivery Fees

  • Free delivery for all orders over R1499 (including VAT) within South Africa.
  • Orders under R1499 carry about R150 delivery fee for light parcels and R250 plus for heavy parcels.

Delivery Particulars

  • Deliveries take place during office hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
  • Customers will receive an SMS notification on the day of delivery.
  • Delivery begins once payment confirmation is received.
  • A signature is required upon delivery by the person listed in the shipping information.
  • Orders containing items from multiple locations may arrive in separate deliveries.

Delivery Delays & Failed Deliveries

  • If delays occur, customers will be notified via email.
  • Failed deliveries will also be communicated via email. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.

Inspection of Goods

  • Please inspect goods before signing the delivery document.
  • If packaging is damaged, endorse the delivery note accordingly and either reject the parcel or record a video when opening.
  • Report issues to info@back2life.co.za immediately.

Order Tracking

Customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor their delivery status.

Returns

  • Items can be returned for a full refund or exchange, subject to Back2Life’s Returns Policy.
  • All packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Back2Life operates in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
