Types of Delivery
We deliver purchased products via trusted courier partners across South Africa. Delivery times vary depending on location and order date:

Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak trading periods such as long weekends, Easter, Black November, and the Festive Season.
Delivery Fees
- Free delivery for all orders over R1499 (including VAT) within South Africa.
- Orders under R1499 carry about R150 delivery fee for light parcels and R250 plus for heavy parcels.
Delivery Particulars
- Deliveries take place during office hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
- Customers will receive an SMS notification on the day of delivery.
- Delivery begins once payment confirmation is received.
- A signature is required upon delivery by the person listed in the shipping information.
- Orders containing items from multiple locations may arrive in separate deliveries.
Delivery Delays & Failed Deliveries
- If delays occur, customers will be notified via email.
- Failed deliveries will also be communicated via email. Additional charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts.
Inspection of Goods
- Please inspect goods before signing the delivery document.
- If packaging is damaged, endorse the delivery note accordingly and either reject the parcel or record a video when opening.
- Report issues to info@back2life.co.za immediately.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor their delivery status.
Returns
- Items can be returned for a full refund or exchange, subject to Back2Life’s Returns Policy.
- All packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Back2Life operates in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
