This Refund & Returns Policy forms part of the Customer Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

This Policy covers returns, refunds, and exchanges. Warranty claims are covered separately under our Warranty Policy.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return a product to Back2Life within 14 days of purchase only if:

  • The product has a technical fault.
  • The product was damaged on delivery.
  • The product is not functioning for its intended purpose.

2. Returns Not Accepted

A product cannot be returned if:

  • You’ve changed your mind or no longer want the item.
  • You purchased the wrong item.
  • There are physical alterations or modifications.
  • Accidental damage has occurred (drops, cracked screens, liquid damage, lightning, infestation, etc.).
  • Evidence of abuse, negligence, or tampering is found.
  • Incorrect or incompatible accessories (e.g., charger, power cord) were used.

3. Condition of Returned Products

  • Products must be returned in the same condition they were supplied.
  • All accessories originally included must be returned.
  • Packaging must not be missing, damaged, or tampered with.
  • Back2Life reserves the right to charge a handling fee of up to 20% if packaging is incomplete or items are missing.

4. Products Damaged on Delivery

If a product is damaged or missing parts at the time of delivery, please notify Back2Life within 7 days of delivery.
Once inspected and validated, we will:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product, or
  • Refund you using the original payment method.

5. Faulty Products

  • All laptops and phones carry a 3‑month Back2Life warranty (see Warranty Policy).
  • If a product is found to be faulty within 14 days, you may request a return for repair, replacement, or refund.
  • If no fault is found, or the issue is software‑related and can be rectified, Back2Life will repair and return the product in good working order.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if a product cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
  • Refunds take 10–14 working days after inspection and validation.
  • Back2Life is not liable for any bank charges, interest, or fees related to refunds.
  • Software products, downloads, subscriptions, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
