Warranty Coverage

Back2Life ensures all pre-owned goods are tested and quality-checked before sale. Our warranty provides peace of mind:

  • Laptops (pre-owned): 3-month Back2Life Warranty
  • iPhones (pre-owned): 1-year Back2Life Warranty
  • Appliances (pre-owned): 3-month Back2Life Warranty
  • Gaming Consoles (pre-owned): 3-month Back2Life Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials, hardware, and working parts unless damage or misuse is found. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

What You Get with Back2Life Warranty

  • Peace of mind during the warranty period.
  • Technical advice and support when needed.
  • Courier collection & delivery for warranty claims.
  • Replacement or exchange if a verified fault occurs within 14 days of purchase.
  • If the same verified fault occurs twice within the warranty period, you will receive a replacement or similar unit.
  • If repairs take longer than 10 working days, a loan unit may be provided upon request.

What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, upholstery fading).
  • Software issues, including operating systems or third-party apps.
  • Batteries (covered for 14 days only, except iPhones which are covered for 1 year).
  • Screen damage, cracked hinges, accidental drops, or misuse.
  • Water/liquid damage, infestation, or power surge damage.
  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering.
  • Products with missing or altered serial numbers.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Email info@back2life.co.za with full details and proof of purchase.
  2. Your product will undergo a full evaluation before repair or replacement.
  3. Updates will be provided throughout the process.
  4. Warranty repairs typically take 7–14 business days, depending on parts availability.

Important Reminders

  • Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend or restart the warranty period.
  • Please remove SIM cards, memory cards, and personal data before submitting devices.
  • Back2Life is not responsible for data loss during repairs.
  • Products must be returned in the same graded condition as purchased (e.g., A Grade items must remain A Grade).
